Exchanges and Returns

🗓️ Deadline for exchanges and returns

You have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to request an exchange or return.

🎄 During special campaigns (Christmas, Black Friday…) some items will have a reduced period of 5 days , as indicated on the product page.

🔄 How to process an exchange or return

Spain and Portugal

1️⃣ Access the Exchanges and Returns Portal

2️⃣ Complete the required information

3️⃣ Select the garments and generate your label 📄

4️⃣ Prepare the package and deliver it to the indicated office 🏤


Outside of Spain or Portugal

✈️ Send your return via your preferred shipping method (shipping costs are your responsibility) within 14 calendar days .

📧 Once we receive your shipment and verify that everything is correct, we will issue a refund to the same payment method. It may take several days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

⚠️ If we do not follow these instructions, we will not be able to identify the return or process the refund.

📦 Garment conditions

For your exchange or return to be valid, the items must:

  • Unused , unwashed, and odor-free 🚫🧼

  • Have its original labels and packaging 🎀

  • Be in perfect condition , without stains or defects ✅

🚫 Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Accessories and complements (jewelry, headbands, scarves, hats…) 💍🧢

  • Personalized, handmade or custom-made products ✂️

  • Chiffon, velvet or sequin embellishments if indicated in the product description (e.g. chiffon or velvet capes) ✨

  • Outlet items , Special Prices or Last Units : refunds via store voucher with no expiration date 🎫

  • Party bags : no returns or exchanges 🎉

💡 Tip: Always check the product details; we often indicate restrictions there.

💰 Return handling fee

All exchanges and returns have a handling fee that is deducted from the refund:

  • Mainland Spain: €4.99 💶

  • Balearic Islands: €6.99 💶

  • Portugal: €10 💶

  • Rest of the world: expenses borne by the customer 🌍

Remember that if you choose to ship on your own to the address indicated, you will not be charged these prices and the refund will be in full.

⏳ Refunds

  • They are processed after receiving and checking the garments 🕵️♀️

  • Only the price of the product is refunded, not the shipping costs.

  • Approximate processing time: 15–20 business days depending on the bank 🏦

  • If a refund is not possible, we will issue a store voucher with no expiration date 🎟️

🛑 Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been prepared or handed over to the carrier :

If the order has already been prepared or shipped:

  • You can process the return upon receipt (shipping and return costs will be deducted) 🚚

  • If you refuse delivery, the refund will be made when the package returns to the warehouse, minus the round-trip shipping costs 🔄

    ⚠️ During periods of high demand (sales, launches…) we cannot guarantee cancellation.

❌ Order errors

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within the first 24 hours via WhatsApp at +34 643 356 988. We will handle it with priority ⚡
