LEMONÉ SHIPPING:

At LEMONÉ, all orders are prepared and shipped with the highest priority 💛.

Deliveries are made within approximately 48 to 72 working hours (Monday to Friday) within the peninsula, provided there is no incident with the transport company or for reasons beyond our control or that of the customer.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

  • Delivery times may be affected by exceptional incidents on the part of the carrier or by difficulties in delivery .

  • During peak periods—such as sales, Black Friday, Christmas, or special campaigns —orders may experience slight delays due to the high volume of shipments. At LEMONÉ, we work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible 💛. We recommend keeping this in mind when planning your purchase.

  • We do not work Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays , so orders placed from Friday afternoon until Sunday , or during a public holiday (in Andalusia or Spain), will be processed the next working day, in order of receipt.

  • Transport agencies do not make deliveries on weekends .

  • The estimated timeframe is 6 to 12 business days , depending on the destination and the logistics service.

  • We cannot guarantee an exact date, but we will keep you informed at all times.

Incorrect address or errors:

Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
